We can develop creative and innovative ways of enabling you to deliver traditionally ‘dry’ or technical subjects and our specially designed activities incorporate scenarios or issues that are specific to your organisation.
Understanding your Requirements
The first step in any bespoke design project is for us gain a good understanding of your requirements. Don’t worry if you’re not sure exactly what you need, we can talk through your desired outcomes and translate these into manageable ‘chunks of learning’. If we think we can help (and you agree!) we’ll pull together a proposal. Should you decide to proceed we’ll agree timescales and delivery dates and work with you to deliver the materials on time and to your specification.
A finished product includes all the facilitator notes, participant materials, review sheets and physical components you require. Some facilitators also request roll-out support which can include train the trainer webinars, train the trainer workshops or even co-facilitate the activities as a ‘knowledge’ handover.
