Increase self awareness and develop teams with this emotive and powerful activity. The activity will encourage participants to develop an understanding of what is helping and hindering effective team working.
In the Culprit teams of 4-7 participants work independently to piece together evidence and solve a terrible crime. But are all members of the team equally committed to the task? What specific behaviours are holding the team back, and what is helping them to succeed? Everyone will find out. During the activity frequent ‘internal investigations’ into different members of the team provide a fun and effective feedback mechanism that gives participants an opportunity to give and receive direct feedback about individual behaviour in non-threatening way.
As well as increasing self awareness, this activity can be used to: explore how trust is developed and damaged within teams, help teams become better at solving problems and improve virtual collaboration skills.
