VAT stands for Value Added Tax, which is currently charged at 20% on goods sold by MTa Learning Ltd within the UK. MTa Learning Ltd is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to the UK.
If your billing and delivery addresses are both outside the UK No VAT is applicable to your purchase.
When you have completed your order information (including your billing and delivery addresses) you will be able to see your final price with relevant VAT status before you confirm your order.
Dispatch and Shipping
All our shipments go DAP (Delivery at Place) unless otherwise agreed. This means your delivery charge covers door to door carriage but excludes local taxes and duties. This clause specifically supersedes any clauses or conflicting incoterms within purchase orders or contacts, unless the differing clause has been explicitly agreed and acknowledged by MTa, and a different incoterm explicitly agreed.
The price of any services excludes withholding tax. If you are charged withholding tax in your local jurisdiction, MTa must still receive the amount invoiced.
Customers outside the UK
When ordering learning tools from MTa Learning Ltd for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from MTa Learning Ltd, you are the official importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

All components within our kits are guaranteed for seven years from date of purchase; if they break within this time frame we will replace them for you free of charge. Additionally, should you lose any items from your MTa kit, we supply replacement parts at reasonable cost, please contact us for more detail.
